Is the Roksan Kandy right for me

I am looking at buying a hi-fi/home theatre set up. It will be my first one so want to get it right.

In the way of speakers i want the B&W cm9 home theatrre system (cm9's, cm5's, and the correspondin centre and sub speakers)

Question 1: Is the Roksan Kandy K2 amp + K2 power amp a good idea 4 an amp?

Question 2: I wsh to use this system for everything, meaning my computer, xbox, tv, cds and dvds....will the speakers and amp b suitable for this purose o can anyon recomend a similar system which is of similar quality and reliaability?

The Kandy is a two channel amp. If you're looking at surround sound then you'll need to connect it to a receiver or just buy a receiver as a multi-tasker.

I have just been looking at the Kandy's as wanted a one make pairing and did many demo's ( Cyrus, Audiolab, Leema, Exposure, Marantz, Naim) and to my ears was a close run thing between the Kandy and the Naim 5i cd and amp although as What hifi said it is a bit quirky.

Also found there were many good deals to be had on both pairings but the real problem was trying to find a dealer who stocked both makes,I suggest as many will that you try and get a demo first ,its good fun but also can be confusing, let your ears decide.
