I proposed the creation of Computer-based music forum and suggested the name. I was surprised to see my proposal come to frutition literally overnight. Even the description of what it should contain remains.

One of the main reasons for proposing it was to avoid the grumbling from JoelSim about computer stuff poluting the hifi forum.
