To connect a non bluetooth equipped amp (Pioneer A300R) to non bluetooth passive speakers (Epos ELS)?

I've seen bluetooth transmitters that can be connected to any amp but is there a receiver that be connected to passive speakers?

Thanks

Perhaps I misread this but why would you want to send music via Bluetooth to a passive pair of speakers?

They would be in a different room than the amp & can't be arsed to drill a hole in the wall to run the cable through

Not sure I fully understand the question. Are the speakers currently connected to the amp using speaker cable. If not they need to be. You can then just get a Bluetooth receiver to plug into the amp (from about £20).

Speakers need to be directly connected to some form of amplification. Willpower just won't cut it.

So only active speakers can be connected wirelessly?

That's pretty much what I thought, I was hoping that there be some magic devices that broadcast and receive the amplified signal using some form of black magic

Get another amplifier and send the signal via Bluetooth at line level. Not ideal as control might be awkward.

For general use the JBL package Control 1 wireless is known to work well, though the quality may not be up to your standard. Cheap though, less than £100 from Maplins at the moment.
