ipod touch not logging onto broadband?

Hi,

I have recently purchased an ipod touch. It is not logging onto the broadband at home, even though I have entered the security code. Any ideas?

Yep, tried both. Still no joy.

Think about asking your ISP.

When I was with talktalk tey sent me a replacement router and my iphone stubbornly refused to log on. When I went back to old router all was fine.

Try going into the router from the pc and giving the Touch a fixed IP address- you'll need the MAC address no. of the Touch to do this.
