Ipod dock with Denon avr-2310

I´ve just bought Denon avr-2310. Is the Denon asd-51w ipod dock the best option?

I Have the philips ipod dock, it's available from Superfi at the moment in the sale for £99.99.

It connects via HDMI or optical or analogue, it is excellent check it out or the award wining Onkyo NSD1.

I have the Denon ASR-11r. It sounds fine, but the Denon-link user interface is frustrating, so I've disconnected it and just use the iPod manually. If you don't need a charge function, consider the GQ-24 from Russ Andrews - it's highly regarded (and I much prefer how it sounds).
