Having sucessfully updated to this last week the option to clear the App data cache by double clicking the home button has been removed, anyone found the new way of doing this???

Fixed that title for you. Not sure what you mean by 'App data cache'? Double clicking gives you the option to close all other running apps (by sliding the app up, rather than holding and waiting for the 'X' on each icon). Is that what you mean?

the double click is still there. Then swipe the screens up and they close.
