infra red on Sky

Guys, my sky hd was installed today, how do i connect my magic eye as the box is underneath the staircase? The sky+hd is connected via hdmi and optical link but unsure as to how I can hook up the magic eye.

You need to go into the set up menu on the Sky Box. When in picture set up enter 01 and enter. This will put you in the engineers menu. Switch on the power to RF2 output. Select the channel you want to use for yopur second TV and save the new settings. Then just plug the magic eye into the second TV making sure it is connected to the Sky Box via RF2 out, tune the remote TV to the channel you have selected on the Sky Box and then you should be able to control the Sky from the second TV.
