JohnDuncan:I bought a 32" set and regretted not getting a smaller one. Does that count?

John, there's clearly no hope for you!

Sitting 5.5 metres from my year old 50" well satisfied, although my next move will be Projector based. What screen size, well what do you think Clare/Andrew viewing from my distance?

The only problem I've had with my KRP-500a is sitting there thinking "I wish I'd got the 600...".

However if I had got the 600 I'd probably be incapable of fathering children now...

To go slightly off topic, what were inane questions 1 to 10?

Clare Newsome:I sometimes wonder if my 80in Planar XScreen is big enough, and whether I should have opted for a 100in projector screen

Huh, you've got it easy, JD, with your trifling telly.

I'm investigating buying a new car at the moment.

Not subtly enough, though, it seems:

The spousal/motor interface seems to be malfunctioning quite badly...

tvspecv:i`ve played ps one on a pocket tv thats a v v tiny screen but it looked amazing

is this an insane question?

No, it's a statement, followed by an inane, rather than insane, question to which the answer is 'No, just pointless'

I initially ordered the 500A but after day after day of *it will be in anytime now" moving to "we probably wont be able to get one now" I bit the bullet and ordered the 600A. And I am so glad i did. Although I have been harboring thougths recently of shud I have bought a top quality projector and screen instead. Mmmmm. Wonder what price my 600A would fetch on ebay.

Seriously, apart from movies, are you planning to watch BBC & ITV etc. on a projector?
