In canals

Since my ears got clogged and slightly infected, and thankfully cleared since, I'm no longer going back to in canals.

This is exciting as I'm now on the hunt for headphones.

Anybody else have my experience, and why are there no longer any premium non-penetrating or non-canal earbuds?

Generally they were not very good. Little isolation and not a lot a bass.

Maybe the Samsung Buds Live? They can be found for around £50. My son had them for a while. Comfortable and decent sounding without being stunning. They do leak sound a bit.

Actually I think I've found what I'm looking for - the original Sony LinkBuds, yes they're an open design and will leak, but I think I can live with it, it seems the Samsungs are similar? Thanks.
