I think you should go ahead and buy them Cno. - You could always spray the offending copperyness with a can of matt black car paint when you get tired of looking at them! *smile*

On my brief listen, I thought that the the Refs were closer to the Blade than they were to the R Series.....but I haven't heard them side by side (Refs vs Blade)....and I'm sure you have.

Steve's idea of selling body parts is perfectly legitimate, especially since bits of you have just been recently servciced so have a lot of miles left in them!

Likewise, hope the tubes come out soon, if not already. I just had an all clear from the urology specialist yesterday, having been under suspicion of the dreaded C word for the last few months, so we should celebrate together! I'll purchase some aurelex pads if you acquire the KEFs!
