humax hdr -v- communal system

i have be trying to get all ch4 e4 etc on the humax hdr but only blanks screen

sat man been 5 times moved dish,lnb etc still nothing but when tried on sky mini dish at work a presto pictures.

get it back to my flat and blank again.i have been told several reasons for this:-

1-i have to pay sky to release ch4

2-dish needs to be at 28.5deg not 28.2 deg

3-get your own dish

as any one else suffered with any problems on communal systems with ethier humax or freesat

but sky boxes work fine on it help any one or just sale the humax

Do you have twin feeds to the box or loop through and have you tried a firmware reset and channel rescan?

Also, what do the diagnostics say about the signal quality percentage?
