how good is my music sever

I bought my c/a 640h as i could get all my 100plus cd's on it uncompressed the problem is i have now filled it up and dont really want to keep buying cds.I like the look of itunes is there anyway i can sent them wireless from my laptop to the c/a640h many thanks simon.

There is, yes - Airport Express or Apple TV. If you add Airfoil for $25, you don't have to use iTunes either.

However, before you do this, have you considered adding an external hard drive to the 640h? I thought you could just plug a drive in loaded with WAVs and off it goes...

Just to be clear, as I've read your post again, airport or apple TV will stream to your amp, not to the server - and you won't be able to use the DAC in the 640h to improve quality, so the solutions I mention above will be moderately inferior to those from the 640 so I reiterate, try the external hard drive approach first if you like what you have already.
