Hi,

Download "Remote" App from the App Store and start it. It'll give you a four digit code (you may have to "Add Library" if prompted).

In Itunes (on computer), select your Touch from "Devices" down the left hand side. It'll ask you for the four digit code. Enter that to pair Touch to your library and you're done.
