How the hell have I done this posted an empty spas my question is.

I have never try to set up my system sinces iit was set up 13years ago and I am thinking of changing my system at some point but for now want to try and set it up better and what it is at the moment how do i go about seting up it with a dB meter how should I do this and my sub it is a rel q150e how should is be setup?
