For some reason this popped into my head today had to go find it on youtube.

I'm sure I remember another one from not the nine o'clock news where they have him taking one sock off but I cant find it.

There’s the scene in a hi-fi store in the Infernal Affairs trilogy (remade by Martin Scorsese as The Departed, which includes McIntosh stuff, cos Americans know no better). It’s not something I’ve seen for quite some time so I can’t say if there was any recognisable Western hi-fi in there, but there was a lot of valve stuff, which I presume was Asian based.
