Help with my PS3

Hi I hope somebody can help?

What it is when I watch blu-ray on my PS3 on a couple of films I get a flickering ie on a railing in the back ground bits or when there id defined white strips in the back ground Die Hard 4 is one of them.

I so get some ghosting when watching.

I am using hdmi connected to a samsung lcd 40inch 1080i

I don't have any such issues with my PS3. Try changing your HDMI cable.

Id guess the issue is with your tv being 1080i and blurays are in 1080P (usually)

Id set the output to 720P on the PS3 and try it like that

Also ~ turn off any extra 'digital processing' on the Samsung (DNR, Contrast Enhance etc)
