Would really appreciate some help as there is various options out there in todays market. I am not after a particular brand or specific model. I just want to know which style of sound system will sound best in my kitchen. I don't have mega money, but the Christmas sales are on, so I'm sure i can find something at the right price.
This is to replace the midi stereo that belongs to my ex. It sounds okay, but like her, needs to be upgraded. It lives on top of the kitchen cupboards. Space available is 100 L x 310 H x 300 D (cm). I only need an Aux in. I do not need a cd player, dab radio, ipod dock... just an Aux In!
So do i go for another midi unit (seems too much spent on unnecessary media players)?
A docking station (can't realistically connect my phone on top of a cupboard)?
One of the chunky speaker boxes with speakers everywhere?
A soundbar and sub box (i do have the space)?
Or, a sound plate?
Just want, on, off and volume control
