My Sammy BDP-2500 is good but I want to really enjoy Blu-Ray sound via analogues (mostly concerts by Metallica, Pink, Bon Jovi, Gary Moore etc.) and find it OK.

What do you guys & girls recommend?

Pioneer BDP-51FD or the Sony BDP-S760 maybe :)

Cheers!!

With being by Analogues you will have to download a firmware update from the pioneer website to get DTS HD Master audio sound.

So I would recommend the Sony too.

If you have your heart set on a pioneer perhaps you should look at the 71 and 08 because they have superior processing machine inside and are as not as slow as the 51 but they also need to be upgrade as well.
