I need a headphone extension lead due to the distance of my favourite seat from the hi-fi unit.

Any recommendations for this - the headphones are good quality so obviously I do not want to compromise the sound. Any advice appreciated.

Grado makes a very good cable, but I'd avoid anything lesser or cheaper. When you go above Grado - like Cardas for example - it gets expensive.

Like the look of this thanks, could be just what I've been looking for as to date I've found most to be rubbish.

Don't forget - the brand name Neutrik is just the connectors. It doesn't say who makes the cable.

I bought the Grado cable as well, when my hifi was located at the far end of my bedroom.

It is good quality, but I rarely use it nowadays because most of the time, my headphones are plugged into my computer, located next to my desk.

It will cost more than a cheapo cable, but i don't think that you will regret buying the Grado.

Yes, its Neutrik plugs only, the cable is called Custom-Lynx Professional OFC Cable.

If sound quality is your number one concern then there's no harm in looking at the Grado cable's. There probably designed for every day sound quality.
