Can you get an adapter to change scart to HDMI

Don't think so as Scart is Analogue and HDMI is Digital and one signal would need to be converted to the other.

Looking at your other post as well, just use Scart from Sky+ box to the TV. It will certainly do for 5 weeks. Of the options available on the Sky+ you'll probably get the the best results this way anyway.
