Yes, I’d like to see the Chromecast Audio return. Like many, I bought the original at somewhat below its ‘list price’, yet now they sell regularly fir double on eBay.

I still don’t know why they were discontinued. I guess perhaps they were under pressure from somewhere, maybe music industry or trying to infiltrate internal licences.

Note, if they do relaunch then gapless playback is essential.
