Grundig vs Sony

I am having a hard time choosing between two TVs. They are aprox. the same price and these are the specs:

Grundig 40" LED-TV 40 VLE 6239 BM

100 hz, PPR400, Edge-LED, SRS TruSurround 2 x 20 watt, 1080p

VS

Sony 40" LED-TV KDL-40R473A

50 hz, MotionflowXR100, full/back LED, No surround 2 x 8 watt, 1080p

Which would you choose considering both the specs and the design.

Thanks for the answers!

I'm afraid we haven't had any dealings with Grundig for some time, so can't comment on that set. Sony TVs are usually a pretty safe bet though. I wouldn't get too hung up on the specs, it's the real-world picture quality that counts.
