Would be great if you could get them tested by someone who suffers/gets the blocked up/pressure feeling, i can't wear any head/earphones for more than 20mins so i'm very interested in these for that reason,

It might sound silly but your best bet is an earphone that doesn't seal at all eg. Huawei free buds or apple airpods both are near weightless sound clear enough for most listening. Neither have a foam or rubber tip so just kind of sit in your earway - a truly open fit and feel
