focal jmlab speakers - sound prob

hiya - hope somebody can help - want to solve a prob for my b/f

any reason why sound is only coming out of one speaker? i've swopped over the cables, then the sound comes out of the other speaker. guessing not a speaker prob, but a cable prob. All looks connected?

any ideas? Thanks 🙂
