DVD players - Onkyo DV-SP406 vs Denon DVD-1740

Has anyone brought the Onkyo DV-SP406 ? How is your experience. How does it compare with Denon DVD-1740

Can't recommend the Denon enough. Have it linked to a TH-37 Panasonic and it is superb. For the price it is a bargin

I have my Onkyo linked to a TH-42 and I am happy with the results although I haven't used a HDMI cable yet
I can't say if it is better or worse than the Denon though as I never had a close look to the Denon
