Yep, Dolby True high definition is more powerful than DTS.

It's all down to the mixing/mastering. There are some excellent TrueHD soundtracks, and there are also some excellent DTS-MA soundtracks. There are also bad examples of both.

This was more of an issue when comparing Dolby Digital to DTS during the DVD days, when DTS' bit rate was basically twice that of DD. This isn't the case with Dolby TrueHD and DTS-MA.

Master audio is more powerful than dolby true high definition though from memory. I saw a chart and master audio and Dolby true high definition were way clear of DTS and Dolby Digital.

DTS formats have always been superior as far as specs are concerned.
Yep, but then like you say it will come down to mixing.

DTS-HD MA has a much higher bitrate (25mbps) than DD TrueHD (18mbps). But both are lossless, and as David says, it depends on how they're mixed. There are bad apples in both formats.
Yep, that's right, and Dolby Digital is about 2 (I think), and DTS about 6 from my memory.

I don't think it matters too much for true hd & dts-ma, as I've never seen a disk which utilises the full bit rate.

In fact if you watch the bitrate meter for the soundtrack it doesn't even come close to reaching maximum capacity of either format.

As David mentions, this was more an issue for the previous generation of DTS / Dolby Digital.
