It might help if you added what other speakers you have in your AV setup, the make/model of amp, size of room etc. Ultimately speaker choice is subjective and you should really demo and decide for yourself. Presumably you will be going for a matching centre from their respective ranges etc.? Some will prefer the Kefs, others will prefer the B&Ws.

I have the older KEF iQ9's that the iQ90's replaced and if the iQ90's are as good if not better than my iQ9's then IMHO you would be incredibly happy with them,

The only thing IMHO I would advise against is mixing differant brands in a surround system as again IMHO you will not get a even tonal match across the differant channels, this also happens if you took say speakers for the KEF iQ range and mixed them with the more expensive XQ range.

I do personally think the KEF's look much better as well, here are mine

Admitidly the KEF subs are not the best at their price point but anyother sub you prefer will work perfectly with KEF speakers, when I was saying about matching your speakers I ment more on the lines of the 5 main speakers not really the .1 bit

I heard the Pioneer LX71 with KEF iQ50 speakers. I don't know how different the iQ90 speakers are, but to be honest I wasn't too impressed with this combination. The sound was flat and without depth or authority. The Yamaha RX-V3900 did I much better job on the KEF speakers in my opinion.

Any decent shop worth buying from will let you use your amp when auditionong new speakers. I know this is a bit of a pain but unless they happen to have a identical model to your in stock I strongly recomend doing this as even if the amp they supplt is from say Pioneer in this case of the OP, each model can have very a differant sound.
