Do OLED TVs have to be upright at all times?

Because in Costco they lay them on their side, just wondering if OLED is the same as plasma? Cheers.
 
There's no reference to the TV being upright during transportation in the owner's manual.

I found this interesting note on the first page of the US manual:

"WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Wash hands after handling."

Hope you wash your hands after touching your TV!

No! *smile*. I hardly touch it though but I have lifted it quite a few times now.

Only when watching POTC, swimming, sailing, Howards Way (shudder)....

A slight tilt, however, is recommended for water ski-ing....
