Deregistering Squeezebox

I just sold my Squeezebox Classic to move upwards in the streaming world. However apparently I need to 'deregister' it. The Logitech website is worse than useless - only talks about changing email addresses. Any ideas?

Just sign into your MySqueezebox.com account & delete the player. That's all that needs to be done so that the new owner can register it to their account.
