Denon S-102 or S-302

As they both seem to share the same DVD drive based on the DENON DVD 2930 would I be right in saying that picture quality is about the same on both of them and as such far superior to that of a DENON DVD 1940?

Also as far as pure Stereo Hi Fi sound and Home Cinema sound is concerned can I also assume they are about the same and therefore the reason why you are paying a hefty premium for the S 302 is beacuse of all the other fancy things it does such as being Wi Fi Network cable, IPOD compatible and having access to around 7000 internet which I wouldn't be interested in

Do you therefore think that the S 102 would be the one to go for for around £530 as opposed to the S302 which is £900

How come too that the cheaper S 102 has 2 HDMI connections whereas the S 302 only has 1

Can someone give me an idea as to whether or not the S102 is good or not

Blast and dash it all the S 102 doesn't bloody have audio delay but guess what...........the expensive S302 which is another £300 bloody well does......well there's a surprise......pay a bit more and get what you want and even more you don't bloody well want like Wi Fi and access to 7000 internet stations and be able to plug in your IPOD none of which I am.............yes...........wait for it............bloody well interested........
