I have this Denon RCD-M33 all in one DAC/amp/ Cd player and was wondering if it’s possible to use it to stream music via USBC. If i were to plug a set of cans into it, what adapters would i need to get spotify from my phone running? If this is even possible, does anybody know if this is a competent amp? Any help would be appreciated

Not via USBC, no.
You've got 2 analogue line inputs on that Denon, 'tape' and 'aux', which are effectively the same thing, just with different labels.

If your phone has a headphone socket, you could connect that to one of the inputs and hear phone sound via the Denon.
Or you could get a cheap streamer to connect to it. In that case, the phone would be controlling the streamer - which relays the streams from the internet.

As for whether the M33 is any good.
Well there have been many updates to the model (now on 41) which doesn't make it bad necessarily - but there's no doubt you could do better in terms of amplification.
