My current M37DAB has 2 aerial sockets, one for FM and one for DAB.
The FM socket requires that the co-ax plug be merely pushed home, whereas the DAB socket requires the special co-ax plug to have a screw thread so that it can be securely locked in place.
I see from the picture of the rear panel of the M40DAB that there is a single socket, labelled DAB/FM 50 ohm. I can't tell from the picture which type of socket it actually is, but I would assume it to be the screw type. Would one wire up the DAB screw type co-ax to the FM aerial lead (I have a rooftop aerial) and assume that DAB signals will come through that?
