Denon Firmware Update

I checked yesterday for any firmware updates for my Denon 4308, the last update i did was feb but one was available last night. The only thing is i have no clue what it was for or what it does, can anyone point me in the right direction.

i have just bought the denon 1909 do i need any updates or anything

If you have an ethernet connection you should hook it up and run the system check.
