Was thinking of buying this all in one its pretty neat, but..... Will I need a preamp for my project turntable? Has anyone connected a turntable to this system? Very well priced in aus and a lot cheaper than putting a hifi together , thoughts......

You would need a phono amp to connect to this as its just standard anologue aux in.
Don't know what it would be like tho, but was thinking of getting one for my daughters room

Cheers andy going to test the denon out tomorrow it's on sale for $ 850 aus at the mo, would have to factor in a pre amp also for my turntable also which would bump my price up to $1000..... Could get a nice 2 ch amp for that ... Like the yam as 500...
Just been to music matters in leamington to pick up rega ttpsu and they had
one on the shelf connected to ma bx1's and sounded very nice very surprised
Definitely getting one for the daughter. Was very impressed with the sound, it was not in demo room
