For a decent/good set up I would recommend the AT lp 120 turntable. I have one and the sound quality is pretty good, like the equivalent to 256 kbps or even 320 kbps audio on certain records as long as the needle is clean of all dust and what not and the counterwieght, anti skate and cartridge alignment are set correctly. Other than going vintage, I think its one of the best modern turntables in its price range, it isn't too expensive here in America.
