Deals on Philips 9000 Series?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knows of any planned price reductions on the Philips 9000 range since the new product range was announced or if anyone has seen any store or online discounts?

Hi Peter Which Philips tvs were you talking about? Do you mean the philips 40pfl9704 range and the 46pfl9704?

Because they have barely reached the shops, let alone been reduced.

Yes and the 9664 range too! Just wondering if anyone has seen any deals anywhere? Im in Ireland and prices are usually higher here than in the UK anyway!

With demand as strong as it is and stock so tight I doubt Philips will reduce the price we buy at any time soon. Although the 9000 replacements have been announced that will not be in store for a long time yet.

Hi Peter, I have been looking at this myself, and as the phiips 42pfl9664 was out first, I think that one will be reduced first, but I did several online searches over the weekend and the only discounts i could find was on B Graded stock.
