Dances With Wolves Blu-Ray - Fed-up Waiting!

Can't be bothered to wait any longer for the blu-ray release of what is one of my top 10 favourite films. I think it should be a stunner on blu-ray.

The Germans got it released in December for some reason, no date for a UK release yet.

The German version called "Der Mit Dem Wolf Tanzt", has got an English 7.1 DTS-HD Master soundtrack and as far as I can make out the Native American speech is automatically English subtitled. It can be bought from Amazon.de or a bit cheaper on eBay (search for the German title with sales available to the UK) if you can't wait like me!

I think the German version is actually Der Wolf mit dem Fanzt!

I have bought DVDs from Amazon.de with no problems.

My German's not that good, but I think you'll get more results if you search for it the way I said.

My apologies -you are quite right - I don't know what I was thinking of. ( I used to be able to speak a bit of German a long time ago, but obviously not so well now!)

My version would translate as something like the wolf with the dance!
