Damaged Ipod Screen

Although my player (2nd gen Nano) still works, it's a nightmare not being able to see on the screen what I want to listen too. I quite fancy getting an ipod touch, is it possible to transfer the music from my Nano to a new player?

Presumably you sync your Nano with your computer? in which case all you have to do is sync any subsequent iPod with your computer as well?
