Dali Fazon Vs MT 35

Stuck in a bit of a dilema. I want to upgrade my speakers and dont know wether to pick Dali Fazon II of the MT 35??

It will be mainly used for movies not CD

What amplifier do you have?

The Fazons are a better speaker and the price reflects that - £250 ish each versus £125 if I remember correctly. A soft dome tweeter on the Dali's gives a less aggressive sound and they have a wide dispersion so you get a large sound stage which really benefits rear effects. If you have a slightly dull sounding AV amp then the lively sound from the B&W's might be the answer though.

Depending on your room size also consider the Paradigm Sub SE as an alternative to the Dali Sub 1. Good as the Dali it is it can't quite deliver the power to drive a bigger area. The sats are first class though.
