Cyrus CD6S Upgrade

I understand that it is possible to send a Cyrus CD6S to the factory for an upgrade to an SE

Would this be exactly the same as a brand new SE version & how much is the upgrade ?

I notice that this upgrade price-list dates back to Nov 2007, so I dare say that the costs have risen.

halba, I'm still waiting for my CD8X to CD8SSE upgrade, and now been told that there will be further delay as Cyrus await some of the parts. If you want to go for this upgrade I suggest getting your name down on the waiting list, because I've been waiting a few months now.

I dont know if anyone else has had the experience, but would be interested to know. Would also be interested to know if anyone has had an upgrade to SE as yet.
