Custom install speaker cable

Can anyone recommend some good, reasonably priced custom install speaker cable?

I want it to connect a Yamaha RXV667 to a set of KEF KHT2005.2 eggs. Not too expensive, as I think I'm going to need 35m!

What's the difference between "custom install" speaker cable and normal stuff?

It's going to be in the wall, so you start being subject to Building Regulations (as this a new build). Which, frankly, is a bit of a pain, but there you are. But there you are.
