Copland cta 401 and noising

Help pleaseeeee...[:'(]

Recently I bought Copland CTA 401,amplifier it self is in perfect condition...but problems start when I connect my dvd player or TV to any of the ports...speakers starts to produce noise...[:S]...noise it's like buzzing...zzzzzzzzz...and noise is very iritating...[🙁]

Only CD player is without noise...in any of the ports

Copland CTA 401

Quad 12L2

Yamaha DVD S661

TV Plasma Panasonic 42"
