Difficult to say... I would be quite surprised if you heard much difference but who knows? Best to try and borrow one or have it on 'demo' so you can see if it's worth it for you. 🙂

Definitely not, in my opinion. I’ve listened extensively to hires with detailed headphones and there’s no difference vs a £10 dongle. I can hear to 18k so my hearing is not the issue. Get a better speaker/amp setup before wasting money on a DAC.
