Maybe the kids are buying after hearing the streams.
I say kids because surely, old gits like you (you know you are) have already bought most of the CDs you're ever going to buy, haven't you?

I've actually bought a couple of used ones - (something I've never done with the hardware).

But I can't see myself ever buying as many as I did in the past (when they were usually more expensive 😒).

I've boxed and stashed a few hundred, but still have CDs to flick through in a couple of racks.

Got to (somewhat reluctantly) admit that having the lot stored on hard drive has its advantages.
I've got a fairly good knowledge of track location on compilation discs, but there have been occasions when the search function has found the appropriate location much more quickly for me.

We had our laminate floors redone actually the guy came back yesterday to finish the lounge. We emptied all the units out and today when I was putting the CD's back it's surprising how many doubles I have I don't know why but they are all there. I got the old ""Are you getting rid of some of those as you don't listen to them anymore"😉😉
