still doesnt work asks me to me much about my e-mail

worked OK for me. Just e-mail the graphic as an attachment and say "please nicely" to Andrew. I sent a .jpg 200x200 pixel (you can read it all the way to the bottom, can't you?)

Not quite sure what

means, but yes, as visionary says - though sizing it to 80x80px before sending saves me some faffage.
