I am looking to build new speakers and want to use ribbon tweeter as a supertweeter but what midrange drivers should i use??

If you have a look on wilmslow audio's website or send them an email im sure they will be able to help you.

They sell a very wide range of drive units including ATC's famous studio soft dome midrange unit that is regarded as one of the best available. Expensive though, about £300 each

If you do go ahead with building speakers, please do a thread describing the build with lots of photos

I'm afraid it's not as simple as that. I suggest you look at some of the books on speaker design that are available before jumping in at the deep end. You'll also find there is a fair bit of software available, too.

The golden rule is that you should know what sound you want to achieve with your design before starting, as that affects everything from drivers through crossovers to cabinet design. You may be better off starting with a kit to see how each component works with the others.

What is that facebook login in your signature all about DWP?

When I login to facebook the usual URL is ....

http://www.facebook.com/login.php

When I hover my cursor over your facebook URL it shows...

http://facebookloginnow.com/

I don't want to click on it just in case. (Also why I did not make it a hot-link in this post.)

It takes you to a facebook forum, not the site itself. Not really sure why you'd bother...

Making speakers is simple, my cat can build some in an afternoon, blind folded.........
