Bower & Wilkins CM1 or Cambridge Audio S70 Speakers

I'm saving some money to buy a new pair of speakers but here Mexico is difficult to find some good brands and I saw a couple that I liked the first options are the Bower & Wilkins CM1 and the second option are the Cambridge Audio S70.

1.- Which of these 2 would you recommend me to buy?

2.- Exist a big difference between these 2 speakers?

The receiver is a Harman Kardon AVR-154 5x30 5.1-Channels

about the other brands here in Mexico you can find some models of KEF, Monitor Audio, Polk Audio, PSB.

the price of the bower and wilkins here in Mexico is $660 USD and the Cambridge Audio S70 $500 USD which of these you recommend me?
