Bluetooth transmitter

I am considering buying the Wharfedale DS-1 active speakers, and would like to connect my old CD player to them. Does anyone know what kind of bluetooth transmitter I need to connect the CD player (using the phono lead output I guess) to the speakers, via bluetooth?

Welcome. Most of these fairly cheap ones are designed for headphone output sockets like the one hanging off my TV but the one above looks like it's line input with a supplied short twin RCA to 3.5mm jack lead. I haven't looked at more "Hi Fi" ones.

If you you ever want to use one with a TV, you definitely need a model with low latency. They start from about £8 so buying one & an RCA to 3.5mm jack lead separately is another option.
