Blu-ray player decision...

Hi, I am currently looking to buy a new blu-ray disc player that also has excellent dvd up-scaling.  I have a Panasonic 32LXD700 lcd tv and my budget is £200 and was considering either the Sony BDPS350 or the Panasonic DMP-BD35. 

Any ideas which I should go for as I'm having a hard time deciding? Or should I consider something else?

It was a tough decision for me . There's not much to choose between those models and the reviews are evenly matched I went with pana and have not been disappointed. It helped that I had a pana tv so could viera link it which means one less remote !

The Panasonic DB-35 is superior to the Sony BDS350. Get that.

Much depends on your AV amp, and if you want it to do the upscaling via Bitstream.
