BETTER SOUND QUALITY - Logitech Transporter VS Squeezebox + CA DAC Magic

Hi

I need your help to decide which route to take. I need to know which of the 2 possible approaches will give me the best sound quality

Logitech Transporter OR Squeezebox + CA DAC Magic

I realise there is about a £600 price difference between the 2 set ups but this is not a concern as long as the sound quality would be suitably improved on the Transporter approach.

The system will be going through
Roksan Kandy K2 with B&W 685's
All music is encoded is FLAC

If there is a significant sound difference would I notice it with this amp/speaker set up?

Based on the reviews I've read of both the Transporter and the DACMagic, I'd expect the Transporter to be significantly better... If you're looking for a lower cost alternative to the Transporter, you could get the Squeezebox + Benchmark DAC1 (I'm assuming the price for that combo is cheaper then the Transporter in the UK - it is 700USD cheaper in the US....)...
